1. 30-Day Return / Refund Window

You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Returned with all accessories and manuals (if applicable)

Requests submitted after 30 days may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Missing parts or accessories

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video evidence

  • A brief description of the issue

You may choose between a replacement or a full refund, subject to product availability.


3. Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived:

  • United States: after 15 business days

  • International orders: after 25 business days

We will investigate with the shipping carrier. If the order is confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be issued.


4. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Items must be unused and resellable

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval

Unapproved or rejected returns may be sent back to the customer.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items returned after 30 days without approval


6. Warranty (If Applicable)

Some products may include a manufacturer or supplier warranty.
Warranty coverage and duration vary by product.


7. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 3–7 business days

  • Banks or card providers may require additional time to post the refund


8. International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are not covered

  • Delivery and processing times may be longer

  • Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable
